I love Pastel goth, but the upside down cross is nothing to play with in my opinion. I feel like people take it too lightly and think its a trendy symbol and that there being edgy and controversial that’s what bothers me.
I do agree with you in that context, that people should be wearing the symbol for legitimate reasons of either being unworthy of being compared to christ or being anti-christian rather than wearing it just because it makes people stop and gasp at you.
That’s like cosplaying as a character that you know absolutely nothing about ><
